We are so excited to announce that Brooke Ligertwood and Dr. Michael Maiden will be some of our special guests for Gathering 2024, along with our local and international HopeUC team.
Mitch Wong is an Australian-born, Nashville-based worship leader, songwriter, and musician passionate about crafting songs that draw people to Jesus. His music ranges from energetic praise to intimate worship, always pointing to the power of God’s Word.
He has written for artists like Chris Tomlin, Kari Jobe, Matt Redman, Kim Walker-Smith, and Jesus Culture, with songs including Believe For It (CeCe Winans), Behold Him (Paul Baloche), and Hymn of Surrender (Matt Redman).
Now living in Nashville with his wife, Steph, Mitch continues to write and lead worship, carrying a heart for revival in the Church. Follow him on Instagram @mitchwongmusic.

Ps Wayne Alcorn is a respected leader, communicator, and pastor with over 35 years in ministry. He is the Senior Pastor of Hope Centre, a thriving multi-campus church in Queensland. He has served as the National President of the Australian Christian Churches, overseeing more than 1,000 churches nationwide.
Wayne is passionate about seeing lives transformed by the power of the gospel. Known for his engaging communication style, he shares biblical truth with authenticity, humour, and a heart for discipleship. His commitment to raising leaders and strengthening the Church has made a lasting impact across Australia and beyond.
